ProCare Network Limited
Fully owned by our members, the ProCare Network Limited is a co-operative which offers a wide range of services, tools and programmes to members to balance the challenges of delivering quality healthcare to patients along with the running of a thriving and successful business.
Through more than 160 general practices, we support 800,000 enrolled patients across the Auckland region. Our enrolled whānau are a diverse community, with the largest pacific, South Asian and Māori populations in Tāmaki Makaurau.
Our collective of healthcare professionals who deliver world-leading care to these communities, is equally large and diverse.
ProCare Health (PHO) Limited
ProCare Health (PHO) Limited is a registered charity that releases funds for services, allowing for better continuity of care for patients and strong, sustainable practices. It includes management of contracts for clinical services, capitation/funding, population health, clinical advisory and clinical education.
ProCare Charitable Foundation
The purpose of the ProCare Charitable Foundation is to promote the health and wellbeing of disadvantaged communities across the greater Auckland region. Each year the Foundation grants funding to selected Auckland-based registered charities.
